    Bright purple 'Depurple' cauliflower produces striking purple florets with a sweet, buttery flavour and a firm, enjoyable texture. Lightly steam or boil to retain the intense colour. This variety is rich in antioxidants and performs well in full sun with regular watering. Sow indoors 1 cm deep in pre-watered compost and keep moist; transplant at 45 cm spacing when plants have 3–4 true leaves. Sow outdoors thinly and thin to 10 cm; protect from Cabbage White Butterfly. Harvest July–October.

      For pre-order items, we will take the first payment of your 4 instalments up to 13 days after you have placed your order, even if the item has not yet been dispatched by The Range. You will be refunded the value of any/all payments made to date should your order be cancelled after 13 days, and before the item has been delivered.       Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it's still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay's behalf.
